- Kristen Bomas
- Kristen Bomas has operated a successful private practice in South Florida for
over 25 years. The primary focus of her practice is to help
you learn to master your life through the teaching of simple
strategies she designed to facilitate transformation. A core
component to Kristen's approach is to help you balance body,
mind and spirit to help find and navigate your life path.
Utilizing her extensive life mastery and business expertise, Kristen provides workshops and seminars for both public and private organizations. She also speaks about a wide range of life and relationship topics and tailors each presentation to the specific needs of the client or audience.
Kristen is currently working on completion of her book "Struck by Enlightenment" and is a contributor in a book edited by Janet Rosenberg. She has written various articles in local and national journals.
Kristen serves her community as an active member of the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. She currently serves as an ambassador and as chair for Leadership Boca 2009. Kristen has also been active in many other community endeavors such as: Chair for The Haven Committee, People Advocating The Haven (PATH), which was responsible for generating >$80,000 through various events as well as Foster Parenting various animals for local animal rescue groups/agencies.
Kristen trained for her Doctorate in Counseling Psychology at the University of Florida, where she also completed both her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in Psychology.
She shows and experiences love for all animals and also enjoys sports, reading and spending time in nature. Kristen never misses a Gators' game!

Life. The teachings that characterize The Circle are anchored
in Kristen’s unique philosophy for conscious development of
enlightened living. Her teachings use a simple template that
illuminates those defining patterns in your life and
gives you tools to unravel your challenges so that you may experience
great freedom and love in your life. Your greatest freedom in
life occurs in the inner exploration – the love relationship
within you! Then the template is extrapolated to describe and
explore the personal, social and business relationships you
have. The Circle utilizes workshops, seminars, lectures and
speaking engagements to educate, heal and enlighten our clients.

We believe we have an obligation not only to our local community, but also to the world community. It is why we volunteer our time and talents to help not-profits supporting those in need. We also contribute 10 percent of our annual profits to non-profit organizations.
